Welcome to the Massachusetts Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. We are one of 126 Affiliates across the U.S. and Europe.
The Komen Massachusetts Affiliate works to reduce breast cancer in our state by funding education, screening and treatment programs, with an emphasis on those facing barriers to care. In the past five years, we have raised over $4.5 million for screening, education awareness, and treatment grants in Massachusetts. Our Affiliate continues to grow and act as a caring resource for local men and women. (

Without a cure, 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will continue to be diagnosed with breast cancer. This means that, over the next 25 years, an estimated 5 million Americans will be diagnosed with breast cancer, and more than 1 million could die. It is this sobering portrait of breast cancer in our country that drives Susan G. Komen for the Cure to fight every minute of every day to save every life.
